2. Products
We sell products of various types. We do not offer custom-made or non-returnable items.
3. Ordering and Agreement
The purchase agreement is made when we confirm the order through an order confirmation. In case of any errors, such as incorrect prices or delivery times, we reserve the right to correct these.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT. Payment must be made in advance via WooPayments (Stripe) using bank cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs apply to all orders that are shipped from us. Orders can be picked up free of charge at our storage in Los. Delivery time is 2-5 days within Sweden, and longer for deliveries to EU countries upon request.
Shipping costs are specified at checkout, and for invoice payments, the shipping cost will be invoiced separately. We use DHL, PostNord, or other carriers depending on the package size and destination.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. You must notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase and are responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the original shipping cost.
7. Complaints and Warranty
Complaints are governed by the Consumer Purchase Act. You have the right to make a complaint within three years from the purchase in case of original defects. The warranty only applies if the defect existed at the time of delivery.
8. Personal Data
We process your personal data according to GDPR. The information we collect is used solely for processing your order and communicating with you regarding your order. We do not share your personal data with third parties, and we store it according to the Swedish Accounting Act for at least 7 years.
9. Uncollected Packages
If you fail to pick up your package, you will be charged for both the shipping cost and the return transport. Packaging costs may apply.
